A Body Condition Score of 1/9 is very dangerous for a horse. Contact your veterinarian as soon as possible. In the meantime, try to offer as much grazing and roughage as possible. If your horse can no longer eat roughage, take a look at roughage substitutes that you can give in soaked form as a kind of mash.
