Pavo Nature’s Best has been improved! This delicious oats-free muesli now offers even more structure and the lowest possible content of sugars and starches of all the muesli mixes in the Netherlands.
Nature’s Best stimulates the natural chewing behaviour of your horse or pony. By adding alfalfa and spelt your horse takes longer to eat and better chews its food. This stimulates the production of saliva which is vitally important for the good health of your horse or pony.
It is a complete hard feed with optimum balance of natural basic ingredients, vitamins, trace elements and minerals. Pavo Nature’s Best is free of oats and has an extremely low protein content.
Nature’s Best contains only 2% of natural sugars. The starches which the horse’s body transforms into sugars, has been reduced from 30% to merely 24%. The combination of low sugar and low starches content makes Nature’s Best a varied muesli mix with a low energy level and therefore especially suited for “hot” horses, horses with a tendency for overweight or horses and ponies which are prone to laminitis.
