Terms and conditions of the offer
The prize is a covering for a horse or pony worth a maximum of €1500.
In total, Pavo will put up for raffle 3 coverings.
 

Please take good notice of the terms and conditions as mentioned below.
 

General

  • These Terms and conditions of the offer apply to the offer as organized by Pavo.
  • The offer will run from February 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, after which date the entries will no longer be valid.
  • Everyone can submit their entry, regardless of the country they live in.
  • Staff of Pavo, Hendrix UTD, Nutreco or For Farmers are excluded from participation.
  • Only original and fully completed cards are valid.
  • If you are younger than 18 years, you will need permission from your parents in order to participate in this offer. Upon request, this permission should be shown in writing.

The Offer is as follows:
On the packaging of Pavo Podo®Care you will find a special sticker with an entry card.  Cut the EAN code (bar code) from the packaging and send this code, together with the fully completed entry card, in an envelope to the address below. You may send in your entry cards as often as you like.

The Prizes

  • On Pavo's website you can see which studs will be participating in this offer. The prize is only valid with one of these studs and cannot be paid in cash.
  • You own your own mare, which is in good health and you are planning to cover this mare in the 2013 breeding season.
  • There are no restrictions concerning studbook or breed.
  • Pavo will provide you with an advice from various experts, free of commitment, regarding which stallion suits best with your mare.
  • By participating in this offer you agree with the publicity activities. 
  • Winners will be mentioned on the Pavo website; correspondence is not possible.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • A stud fee of maximum €1500 will be reimbursed by Pavo; additional costs will be charged to the mare owner.
  • Should the stud fee be less than €1500, then the remainder of the sum will revert to Pavo.
  • Should the stud fee be higher than €1500, then the surplus sum will be charged to the prize winner.
  • Prize winners will be announced on 1 February 2013 by publication on the website www.pavo.net. In addition, prize winners will receive a personal message by e-mail or telephone.
  • All prizes are person-related, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or for prizes with a similar/comparable value. If the prize is rejected or for some other reason not awarded, the prize will be cancelled.

Liability

  • Pavo, the auxiliary persons engaged by it, and/or third parties will not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damages which arise from, or are in any other way related to this offer.
  • If Pavo cannot establish contact per email or telephone with the prize winner within 10 days, the right to the prize will be cancelled.
  • Pavo will not be liable for emails which did not arrive.
  • Per email address, per person, only one prize can be won; however, the participant may enter his/her entry form using the same email address various times.

Use of data

  • Only fully completed entry cards can be accepted to compete for a prize.
  • The participant guarantees that the information provided by him/her is correct, up-to-date and complete.
  • Pavo will treat all information received by Pavo in the scope of this offer confidentially and in conformity with the Personal Data Act.
  • By participating you subscribe automatically to the free email newsletter from Pavo. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any moment, free of charge.

Concluding provisions

  • Pavo is a registered and filed brand name. None of the content of this offer and/or publication may be copied or published without the explicit permission from the creator(s).
